Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from bowlzofficial.com.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
Otherwise customer will be responsible for covering the shipping label costs.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used & cleaned.
To start a return, email info@bowlzofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
If item is faulty or damaged, please include photos in your email.
Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For discounted or promotional items, any refund will be issued for the price actually paid.
For international orders, shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
We do not process returns for items purchased through third-party retailers or smoke shops—please contact the place of purchase directly.
