If your item arrived faulty or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days and we will send a free replacement!

Items must be unused & in original packaging; exchanges will not be accepted once the item has been used & cleaned.

Exchange value will be based on the amount actually paid in original order.

If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

Otherwise customer will be responsible for covering the shipping label costs.

To request an exchange, email info@bowlzofficial.com with your order number and the item you’d like to receive instead.

If item is faulty or damaged, please include photos in your email.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from bowlzofficial.com.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

Otherwise customer will be responsible for covering the shipping label costs.

Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For discounted or promotional items, any refund will be issued for the price actually paid.

For international orders, shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

We do not process returns for items purchased through third-party retailers or smoke shops—please contact the place of purchase directly.
